Return Policy for

At Unhattar, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be instances when you need to return a product, and we have developed the following Return Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for you:

Any Returns and refunds issued are subject to a deduction of Rs 250( per article) as pickup charges on returns and Rs 250 (per article) as pickup and re delivery on exchange articles. Kindly note incase of Refunds on COD orders refund can take up-to 15 days of us receiving the package where as Prepaid deliveries are subject to be refunded within 5-7 days.  

7-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. This means that you have seven days to initiate a return request if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Exchange Policy:

We offer a 7 day exchange policy frim the date of the delivery of the article, incase the fitting of the garment is not found suitable for the body size of the customer the customer can have an exchange of the article without paying any extra charges. However the shipping charges for the pickup of previous and delivery of current article has to be paid by the customer itself. Incase the article received by us while exchange is found used or in damage condition  the complete amount of the damaged article will be charged to the customer.

Dear customer kindly keep in mind that images provided in the website are digital images garment color may differ to a slightly lighter or brighter tone from the exact image. The size chart may also vary from 0.25 to 0.9 inches, which wont be subject to free exchange. As we have mentioned in the size chart to achieve the exact look and comfort customer should choose one size up for mentioned articles.

 Return Criteria For Customized/ Personalized orders/ Briefs and Undergarments

Kindly note that custom orders are non returnable as are custom made specially for the customer, products like undergarments, boxers, briefs are not subject to return as are related to hygiene of customer. Other then these if product are damaged then customer can have a replacement. All custom product are custom printed and may vary according to personalization made for the customer thus the product may not be exactly same as shown in the image.      

Return Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. The product must be in its original packaging.
  2. The product should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  3. The product should not have any damaged or missing components.
  4. All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  5. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items not in the original condition, Rugged, Missing pieces, Without proper label and tags are not subject to return. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
